The mission of AIG Government Affairs is to support our employees, clients, and investors by developing and advocating positions on issues affecting the property & casualty and life & retirement industries.  We do this through engagement with elected officials so they may hear our position on policies that affect our business.

We build ongoing, substantive relationships with policymakers, and work to advocate AIG’s priorities to lawmakers, regulators and public policy thought leaders at the federal, state and international levels.

AIG Government Affairs also manages the company’s political engagement efforts, including AIG’s Political Action Committee (AIG PAC).
